SRINAGAR
popularly known as “heaven on earth” it is the union territory of Jammu and Kashmir on the banks of river Jhelum .Srinagar famous for its boating and boat house, it is one the most attractive places with floating vegetable gardens ,markets .here another some most exquisite places to visit is Mughal age garden with nishat bagh , Shalimar bagh and many others
Srinagar is famous for the Kashmiri shawis , kashmiris apples,dried fruits (almonds and walnuts ) .A huge amount of snow fall here which attracts a lot of tourists . Another some places to visit is baramulla, wular lake, shikhara ride, dal lake etc.
GULMARG
Gulmarg is a popular for skiing destination located in pir panjal range of himalayan mountains with deep valleys, evergreen forests . A huge amount of snow fall in gulmarg which offers a various adventurous sports like trekking, skiing, snowboarding etc.
Some places to visit in gulmarg alpather lake , gulmarg biosphere reserve , strawberry , gulmarg golf course , gulmarg gondola and many more to visit.
AMARNATH
Amarnath is one of the most important pilgrimage in india where lord shiva is worshipped .a million of tourist visited here across all over the world to see a shivaling formed naturally with ice which represent lord shiva. Amaranth yatra is only open during the month of july-august . there are two route to reach amaranth caves via baltal or pahalgam . Baltal route is shorter in compare to pahalgam route but a deep steep trekking that’s a reason most of people use pahalgam route and enjoy the ride and worship lord shiva.
PAHALGAM
Pahalgam is a beautiful area situated in anantnag district of Jammu and Kashmir it is also popular tourist attractions with hilly station and beautiful landscapes it is situated on the bank of river liddar and here also many adventurous activity performed . It is also one of the route of amaranth yatra.
Many Bollywood films were shoot here in this iconic place like betaab the famous place to visit here is aru valley , betaab valley, lidder river, chandanwari, mamleshwar temple.
VAISHNO DEVI TEMPLE
Vaishno devi temple is popular hindu religious places situated in trikuta hills , katra in jammu . milliones of people across the globe visited here to worship goddesses it is said that the people who visit here and worship mata rani she fulfil their wishes .
People visited here by train route and by air helicopter services . to reach the caves pilgrims walk approx 13 km which are among one of the 108 shakti peeth . more than one crore devotees visited here each year .
